Opening up the midweek horse racing schedule on Tuesday afternoon, we are offered a host of noteworthy meetings from the likes of Fakenham, Lingfield, Newcastle and Southwell.

On that note, for those of you looking to stick on a Tuesday flutter, we have searched far and wide to find you a couple of helpful tips that are worth keeping an eye out for.

13:41 PM – Lingfield – Race 3

Betting Tip: RUBY YEATS win – 13/8 @ Paddy Power
*Odds are correct at time of writing and are subject to change without prior notice.

For our opening Tip of the Day, we turn our attention to Lingfield and the Mares’ Handicap Chase (Hereford Mares’ Handicap Chase Series qualifier in midweek.

Although KAPGA DE LILY (8/11 with Unibet) might be the bookies’ favourite on Tuesday, RUBY YEATS had really impressed before entering an extended 184-day break. Last seen out at Plumpton on March 9th, the nine-year-old stormed to victory in the Class 4 Tie The Knot Catering Mares’ Handicap Hurdle after seeing off SANDYMOUNT ROSE Rose by six lengths.

Securing back-to-back wins earlier in the year and only lining up among a four-horse field at Linfield this week, RUBY YEATS will be looking to cause an upset on her return to action.

14:33 PM – Fakenham – Race 5

Betting Tip: FANTASTIC MS FOX win – 5/1 @ Betfair
*Odds are correct at time of writing and are subject to change without prior notice.

For our second Tip of the Day, we take a look at Fakenham and the Class 3 Sculthorpe Mares’ Handicap Hurdle in midweek.

While MIDNIGHTS’ GIFT (5/2 with Bet365) might be seen as a standout pick on Tuesday, it is well worth keeping a note of FANTASTIC MS FOX who has largely impressed since joining Noel Williams’ stable from Richard Fahey last year. Making a return to action after what has been an extended break, the four-year-old has previously claimed back-to-back victories at Doncaster, including a very eye-catching win in the Class 1 Sky Bet Fillies’ Juvenile Hurdle when opening 2020.

With many excited to see her back in action at Fakenham this week and still held in high regard by Williams, there is no doubt that FANTASTIC MS FOX will be looking to really upset the odds of Tuesday afternoon.
