With this weekend’s British horse racing schedule drawing to a close on Sunday, we are offered a host of noteworthy meetings from the likes of Exeter, Uttoxeter, Wolverhampton and Navan.

On that note, for those of you looking to stick on a Sunday flutter, we have searched far and wide to find you a couple of helpful tips that are worth keeping an eye out for.

12:10 PM – Navan – Race 2

Betting Tip: FAROUK D’ALENE win – 13/8 @ QuinnBet
*Odds are correct at time of writing and are subject to change without prior notice.

For our opening Tip of the Day, we turn our attention to Navan and the Grade 3 BetVictor Casino “Monksfield” Novice Hurdle on Sunday lunchtime.

Undoubtedly the standout meeting in Meath this weekend, many will once again be excited to see FAROUK D’ALENE back in action after he returned from an extended 250-day break with another standout performance on October 30th. While the five-year-old talent might be seeking a more substantial run of starts, Gordon Elliott’s star was last seen storming to victory in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden Hurdle after seeing off PAT’S PICK by eight lengths.

In fact, winning each of his four starts since a debut run at Belclare last year, we’re backing FAROUK D’ALENE to be too strong for the chasing pack this weekend.

13:53 PM – Uttoxeter – Race 4

Betting Tip: PEACE PREVAILS win – 3/1 @ Bet365
*Odds are correct at time of writing and are subject to change without prior notice.

For our second Tip of the Day, we take a look at Uttoxeter and the Class 4 Bet 10 Get 20 At MansionBet Mares’ Handicap Hurdle (Challenger Mares’ Hurdle Series Qualifier) this weekend.

While MISTY WHISKY (13/8 with 888sport) might be seen as a top pick with the bookmakers, PEACE PREVAILS should be confident of upsetting the odds in Staffordshire. Enjoying what has been a hugely impressive return from racing’s enforced break over the summer, the five-year-old was last seen out at Plumpton on November 2nd when laying down another marker.

Claiming victory in the Class 4 Breeders’ Cup Live On Sky Sports Racing Mares’ Maiden Hurdle earlier in the month, she has also managed to secure the win at Newmarket in the Read Andrew Balding On Betway Insider Handicap back in June.
