With the midweek British horse racing schedule opening up on Tuesday afternoon, we are offered a stacked day of meetings from the likes of Ayr, Cork, Bangor-on-Dee and Wolverhampton.

On that note, for those of you looking to stick on a midweek flutter, we have searched far and wide to find you a couple of helpful tips that are worth keeping an eye out for on Tuesday.

Betting Tip: LOCK’S CORNER win – 6/4 @ Paddy Power
*Odds are correct at time of writing and are subject to change without prior notice.

14:15 PM – Bangor-on-Dee – Race 4

For our opening Tip of the Day, we take a look at a stacked afternoon at Bangor-on-Dee and the Top Price All Runners At Betsafe Handicap Chase.

One of just a handful of Class 3 meetings to take place in Wrexham on Tuesday afternoon, it is no surprise that many are excited to see a super talented LOCK’S CORNER back in action after making a return from a 278-day break at Southwell on August 24th. Opening up his first start of 2020 with a thumping display in the Childrens Bereavement Centre Meadow Of Memories Handicap Chase, the six-year-old stormed to victory by almost nine lengths and trainer Jonjo O’Neill was filled with praise for his star.

Now winning each of his last three starts on the bounce either side of the break, it is hard to see anything other than another successful afternoon for LOCK’S CORNER on Tuesday.

Betting Tip: BILLY NO MATES win – 11/4 @ Coral
*Odds are correct at time of writing and are subject to change without prior notice.

16:25 PM – Ayr – Race 8

For our second Tip of the Day, we turn our attention to the final meeting at Ayr and the Class 4 Bet At Racing UK Handicap on Tuesday afternoon.

Rightfully seen as a standout pick with the bookmakers in midweek, there is no doubt that a high-flying BILLY NO MATES will be looking to cash in on what has been a very impressive purple patch. Last seen at Haydock on September 25th when claiming victory in the Every Race Live On Racing TV Handicap, the four-year-old is certainly held in high regard by trainer Michael Dods. Only appearing to be going from strength to strength since making a return from racing’s enforced break at Newcastle back in June, BILLY NO MATES has now claimed back-to-back victories for the first time.

Also previously claiming a win at Ayr in the Ayrshire Cancer Support Novice Auction Stakes back in 2018, it is well worth keeping an eye out for the high-flying gelding on Tuesday.
