With the midweek schedule of British horse racing opening up on Tuesday afternoon, we have a stacked day from the likes of Exeter, Redcar, Newcastle and Southwell on the cards.

On that note, for those of you looking to open Tuesday with a flutter, we have searched far and wide to find you a couple of helpful tips that are worth keeping an eye out for.

14:25 PM – Exeter – Race 4

Betting Tip: GREANETEEN win – 2/1 @ Paddy Power
*Odds are correct at time of writing and are subject to change without prior notice.

For our opening Tip of the Day, we take a look at what is the standout meeting at Exeter on Tuesday afternoon and the Class 1 Haldon Gold Cup.

While GREANETEEN might have been last seen at Chelmsford way back on March 13th before racing’s enforced break, many are excited to see the six-year-old back in action this week and he is certainly still held in high regard by trainer Paul Nicholls. Seen as a marginal top pick with the bookmakers on Tuesday, he did manage to open 2020 with back-to-back victories at Musselburgh and Fakenham. GREANETEEN will also be boosted by the news that jockey Harry Cobden will once again take the saddle in midweek.

Also previously claiming victory at Exeter in the TKS Ltd “National Hunt” Maiden Hurdle last year, it is well worth keeping an eye out for the talented gelding.

15:55 PM – Exeter – Race 7

Betting Tip: TRONADA win – 9/2 @ 888sport
*Odds are correct at time of writing and are subject to change without prior notice.

For our second Tip of the Day, we keep our attention at Exeter and take a look at the Class 4 Plymouth Mares’ Handicap Hurdle.

While WILDE SPIRIT (4/1 with William Hill) might be seen as a marginal top pick with the bookmakers in midweek after returning last time out at Ludlow, TRONADA will be looking to upset the odds after what has been an impressive return from racing’s enforced break. Last seen at Bath on October 14th when claiming a silver medal finish in the Class 4 Sky Sports Racing Sky 415 Handicap, the four-year-old has won four of his six starts since making a return to action at Lingfield over the summer.

Claiming victories at the likes of Bath, Doncaster and Chepstow, trainer Alan King has been filled with compliments for TRONADA in the build-up to Tuesday’s meeting at Exeter.
